Our standard rate is £120 for the first hour on site, then £60 per hour after that, plus any parts needed. No hidden extras — you will always know the cost before we start any additional work.
My boiler shows an error code — what should I do?
Note the error code from the display and check the pressure gauge — if below 1 bar try repressurising per your manual. Do not remove boiler casing yourself. If you smell gas, leave the property and call 0800 111 999. Otherwise call us and we will have a Gas Safe engineer with you today.
Do you work evenings and weekends?
Yes. Our engineers are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including weekends and bank holidays across Hull, Beverley, York and surrounding areas.
Do you charge a call-out fee?
No hidden call-out fee. The first-hour price covers the engineer's travel, arrival and first hour of labour. You see this price before anyone leaves to come to you.
